1.Delivery time

Delivery time varies by region:

1) Cairo & Giza: 2–5 working days

2) Alexandria & Behera: 3–6 working days

3) Delta & Canal Cities: 3–6 working days

4) Near Upper Egypt: 4–7 working days

5) Far Upper Egypt & Matrouh: 5–8 working days

6) Sinai & New Valley: 5–10 working days

 (Working days exclude Fridays and public holidays.)

 

2.Shipping fees  

1) Cairo & Giza: 80 EGP 

2) Alexandria & Behera: 85 EGP 

3) Delta & Canal: 95 EGP

4) Near Upper Egypt: 110 EGP

5) Far Upper Egypt & Matrouh: 125 EGP

6) Sinai & New Valley: 145 EGP

 

3.Rescheduling & Failed Deliveries  

You may reschedule delivery for up to 1 days after the courier’s first attempt. After 1 failed delivery attempts, the order is automatically cancelled. If cancelled, a new order must be placed to reship

 

4.Courier Policy  

Customers may open the package externally while the courier waits. Trying on items while the courier is present is not allowed

 

5.Delivery Confirmation  

You Will Receive Both WhatsApp Order Confirmation Containing your Order Details and Shipping Confirmation Once your Order has been Shipped.
