Refund policy

1.Returns 

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return or exchange. Responsibility in this case lies with the customer.

 
Once your return request is submitted through the Return & Exchange Form, our team will review it and arrange a courier pickup if approved. After the courier collects the item and the return is verified, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days. Refunds are issued after pickup and verification 

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount 

 

2.Exchanges  

Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging.
Once approved, the exchange process typically takes 2–3 working days after pickup.
If the requested item is out of stock, our team will contact you with available alternatives.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees related to exchanges. 

 

3.General Terms

Each order allows one post-purchase action only, whether a return or an exchange. Once a return or exchange is completed, the order is no longer eligible for another action. 


All return and exchange requests must be submitted exclusively through the Return & Exchange Form. Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage after delivery are not eligible under any circumstances.
